<br />T ~;djc 12/12/85 <br /> <br />10090 <br /> <br />DEe 1 6 1985 <br />ORIGI NAl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZNG EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR EMERALD LAKE HILLS AREA WATER SYSTEM ANALYSIS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an engineering <br /> <br />study for the Emerald Lake Hills area within and in the vicinity <br /> <br />of the City relating to proposals for the construction, <br /> <br />replacement, and reconstruction of the City's water system in <br /> <br />said area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, has represented <br /> <br />to this Council that it is qualified to perform such services; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, relating to such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, entitled "Agreement - Emerald <br /> <br />Lake Hills Water System Analysis" (form dated 12/12/85), a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10090 <br />
