0 R I G I N A L 8/31/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13419 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL <br /> SENIOR CENTER COMPLEX <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, wdtten bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase of telephone hardware, installation and programming (the <br />"Equipment") for the Veterans Memorial Senior Center Complex in the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, three bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Nexus of Pleasanton, California, is the lowest responsible <br />bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of <br />Nexus; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
