<br />DES:sh 12/05/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />10088 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />DEe 1 6 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION SURVEY SERVICES <br />(SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has, pursuant to assessment <br /> <br />district proceedings, commenced the construction and installation of <br /> <br />landscaping improvements in connection with the widening and <br /> <br />reconstruction of Seaport Boulevard in the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires construction survey services for <br /> <br />the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement by and between Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates, consulting engineers and the City providing for such <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Services <br /> <br />Construction Survey" (form dated 12/5/85) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> <br />Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates, consulting engineers, for <br /> <br />construction survey services for the Project, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~~" 0 0 8 8 <br />
