<br />SWC:djc 12/09/85 <br /> <br />01 "", " ,-" " \ f\ · <br />) t'i~ lli t pa~;~GL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10U86 <br /> <br />DEe 1 6 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PORTIONS OF A WIRE CLEARANCE EASEMENT <br />AND PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10078, adopted November 18, 1985, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described portions of a wire <br /> <br />clearance easement and public utili ties easement as heretofore <br /> <br />dedicated over a portion of Parcel "A" and "B" as shown in Book <br /> <br />44 of Parcel Maps at Page 11, San Mateo County Records, and are <br /> <br />commonly known as portions of 1450 Oddstad Drive and 1020 Hansen <br /> <br />Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described <br /> <br />portions of the abovementioned easements has been published and <br /> <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described wire <br /> <br />clearance easement and public <br /> <br />utilities easement are unnecessary for present or prospective <br /> <br />public service purposes and hereby orders said portions of the <br /> <br />.... 0086 <br />
