DCB:sh 6/25/85 be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owner or subdivider of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be Two Million Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($2,431,100.00), and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvement, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security to be Two Million Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars (2,431,100.00). (c) That, before the release of said final maps by Ci ty for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Parcel Maps No. 85-12 and No. 85-13," on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. Those certain plans entitled "Seaport Centre, Unit 2", and those certain specifications entitled "Standard Technical Specifications, City of Redwood City, August, 1974," which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned improvements shall be done; and 3.
