<br />SWC:sh 11/27/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10081 <br /> <br />DEe 2 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR ROOSEVELT AVENUE <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - UTILITIES SERVICES CONVERSION; <br />REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS RECEIVED; AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING <br />RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10061 adopted November <br /> <br />4, 1985, the City Clerk called for bids for the Roosevelt Avenue <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project - Utilities Services Conversion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pellizzari Electric Inc., Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award bid to said Pellizzari Electric <br /> <br />Inc. ; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Pellizzari Electric Inc. in the sum of <br /> <br />Seventy-seven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-seven and No/lOa <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($77,367.00), computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal dated November 26, 1985, for the Roosevelt Avenue <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project - Utilities Services Conversion, is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2.
