<br />DCB:sh ll/12/85 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10079 <br /> <br />DEe 2 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LIBRARY INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />interior <br /> <br />design <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection with the design and construction of the public library <br /> <br />building project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />SIMON <br /> <br />MARTIN-VEGUE, <br /> <br />WINKELSTEIN <br /> <br />MORIS <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />represented to City that it is experienced and uniquely qualified <br /> <br />to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ci ty desires <br /> <br />to engage <br /> <br />Simon Martin-Vegue, <br /> <br />Winkelstein Moris to perform the interior design services for the <br /> <br />public library building project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Agreement entitled "Agreement - Redwood City <br /> <br />Public Library Interior Design Services" a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0079 <br />
