<br />ExHIBIT liB" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION FOR ABANDONMENT OF PORTIONS OF EASEMENTS <br />ON PARCELS "A" & "B" AS SHOWN IN BOOK 44 OF PARCEL MAPS <br />AT PAGE II, SAN MATEO COUNTY RECORDS, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, being portions <br />of public easements for utilities (P.U.E.) and public easements <br />for wire clearance purposes (W.C.E.), which easements were <br />dedicated to public use by that certain map entitled "Oddstad <br />Industrial Park" which map was filed October 26, 1964 in Book <br />61 of Maps at Pages 8, 9 and 10, San Mateo County Records, <br />said easements also being shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Parcel Map 78-9", being a resubdivision of Lot$ 4 and 5, <br />Block 1, as shown on the first above mentioned map, which <br />parcel map was filed on October 18, 1978 in Book 44 of Parcel <br />Maps at Pages 10 and ll, San Mateo County Records, said portions <br />of said easements being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />W.C.E.
