<br />75-292 <br /> <br />WMA~'PDA:rb 11/13/85 17c <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.1 0 074 <br /> <br />NOV 1 8 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING <br />PROTESTS IN RELATION TO PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS <br />AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br /> <br />SEAPORT CENTRE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 10072, adopted <br /> <br />on November 18, 1985, by the City Council of said City, pursuant to the <br /> <br />Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code of the State of California, the Engineer of Work of said <br /> <br />City has filed with the City Clerk of this City the written report <br /> <br />called for under said Act and by said Resolution of Intention, which <br /> <br />report has been presented by said City Clerk to this Council for <br /> <br />consideration, and this Council has considered and preliminarily <br /> <br />approved said report and ordered that the same stand as the report for <br /> <br />the purpose of all subsequent proceedings had pursuant to said <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Thursday, the 19th day of <br /> <br />December, 1985, at the hour of 4:00 o'clock p.m, in the meeting place of <br /> <br />said Council, City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, be, and the same are hereby, appointed and fixed as the time <br /> <br />and place when and where the Council will consider and finally determine <br /> <br />whether the public interest, convenience and necessity require said <br /> <br />acquisitions and when and where it will consider and finally act upon <br /> <br />the Engineer's Report under said Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br />10074 <br />
