FOR A <br />TRANSPORTATION STUDY FOR REDWOOD SHORES/101 CORRIDOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires the performance of certain <br /> <br />professional services hereinafter more specifically described in <br /> <br />the preparation of a transportation planning study for Redwood <br /> <br />Shores/101 Corridor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Crain & Associates, Inc. has represented to City <br /> <br />that it is experienced in the preparation of transportation <br /> <br />studies and is willing to prepare a transportation study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with <br /> <br />Crain & Associates, Inc. to furnish said professional services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Preparation Of <br /> <br />A Transportation Planning Study", by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Crain & Associates, Inc. for the preparation of <br /> <br />a transportation planning study of the Redwood Shores/101 <br /> <br />Corridor in the total contract sum of Eighty Thousand Nine <br /> <br />Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($80,910.00), a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />agreement reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10058 <br />
