Among the various problems related to this
building regarding dilapidation, you requested help in the specific
problem of the keeping pigeons by your tenants. I agreed to handle
this as a separate issue and I am dealing directly with the tenants
on that matter.

The matter of dilapidated, substandard housing on this site is a
matter of grave concern. As you are aware, the premises are very
unsanitary and the living conditions are hazardous to the health
and safety of the tenants. Attached is my inspection report checklist
dated June 13, 1984, which indicates that the building has reached
such a point of dilapidation according to the building and health
codes that it is probably beyond redemption.

I would appreciate knowing your immediate plans regarding either
rehabilitation of this property or demolition and vacating the property.

If you deem it feasible to restore the property by the investment
of money and effort, we will need that indication by proper submittals
and your procurement of necessary permits. The only other alternative
that I have (lacking your response for restoration) is to commence
abatement proceedings.

Please feel free to contact the writer to discuss your intentions.

Very truly yours,

tI: l /)_ I /.' :11,
li/&J~t,/saJ''l2J?~}((( d /
c7 (~e-
Wesley S.
