As you recall, I indicated that I would <br />send you a list of items of concern. Attached is a copy of my <br />original inspection report dated June 13, 1984 with subsequent <br />notes in November. <br /> <br />The interior of the building was in better condition than originally <br />anticipated. Only a few corrections were noted including flexible <br />copper gas connections at the kitchen ranges~ improper venting <br />of gas appliances including the water heaters (one inside the <br />garage area and one exterior on the east side of the building)~ <br />a defective sewer connection just outside the house and possibly <br />under the house; minor repairs needed to the stairway~ and we <br />suggested that the fireplace and chimney be checked and cleaned <br />or certified by a professional chimney technician. <br /> <br />We would appreciate very much if you would notify us when the <br />corrections are made and arrange for are-inspection. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />tde0.~/ d ~ h//;~/}):LU.1/ <br />y- (~~r' <br />Wesley S.
