1. The bid of CMS Construction in the amount of Thirty-two Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Seventeen and 73/100 Dollars ($32,717.73), computed in <br />accordance with bidder's proposal dated July 15, 1998, for Improvements to <br />property located at 561-563 Douglas Avenue, is hereby accepted and said <br />bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said <br />work. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and CMS <br />Construction, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid and CMS <br />Construction, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4.
