1. The bid of Humrich Construction in the amount of Thirty-five Thousand <br />Sixty and 73/100 Dollars ($35,060.73), computed in accordance with bidder's <br />proposal dated July 15, 1998, and addendum pertaining thereto dated July 21, <br />1998, for Improvements to property located at 3272 Rolison Road, is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" with addendum thereto <br />dated July 21, 1998, (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Humrich Construction, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid and Humrioh <br />Construction, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to reallocete <br />unobligated Community Development Block Grant funds for work specified <br />hereunder. <br /> <br /> 13409 <br /> <br /> <br />
