-- 8/18/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13407 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR <br /> USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (CHILD CARE PROVIDER AT <br /> SANDPIPER COMMUNITY CENTER)) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit (Child <br />Care Provider at Sandpiper Community Center)" (form dated 08/07/98), pursuant <br />to which, Children's Creative Leaming Center, Inc., subject to certain terms and <br />conditions, is hereby granted permission to render child care services at that <br />certain City-owned real property, commonly known as 797 Redwood Shores <br />Parkway, Redwood City, California, and known as the Sandpiper Community <br />Center (the "Community Center") and depicted on Exhibit "A," and the services <br />described on Exhibit "B" (the "Scope"), to the revocable permit is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said permit for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-468 <br />GFIsh/shlRedwoo~JICoundl <br /> <br />FXS:rg <br />08/07198 <br /> <br /> <br />
