-" -~ 8/18/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13406 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE <br /> (1) SHARP SD-3052 COPIER FOR THE SANDPIPER <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase of one (1) copier for the Sandpiper Community Center in the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, throe bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Sharp Electronics Corporation, through its distributor IKON <br />Office Solutions of San Mateo, California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it <br />is the intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of Sharp Electronics <br />Corporation; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
