ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13392 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> REDWOOD SHORES DOG PARK; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Redwood Shores Dog Park, Redwood <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Redwood Shores Dog Park - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development Services/Engineering and Construction, <br />a copy of which documents are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering <br />and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
