DES:d~, 07/07/98 (004/42) <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications <br />are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br />which the above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />California Marina", (form dated 07/07/98), a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
