NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds and determines that the foregoing recitals are <br />true statements of fact. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council, by not less than a five-sevenths vote of its members, <br />hereby consents to a modification and amendment to the provisions of the <br />Declaration to provide that the property subject to the perpetual vehicular parking <br />reservation therein described shall conform to the description set forth in Exhibit <br />"A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3.
