The assignment and assumption of the Amended Development <br />Agreement between Flatirons Funding and the City of Redwood City as same <br />applies to the land transferred by Flatirons/Electronic Arts Redwood, Inc. to TST <br />Redwood, L.L.C., is approved subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. TST Redwood, L.L.C. assumes any and all obligations and duties as <br />the same applies to and affects the Transferred Property, as such assumptions <br />and obligations are more fully set forth in the agreement entitled "Assignment <br />and Assumption of Development Agreement and Permits between Flatirons <br />Funding, Electronic Arts Redwood, Inc., and TST, Redwood L.L.C., reviewed by <br />this Council. <br /> <br /> 2. All reimbursements specified in, and contemplated by, the Amended <br /> Development Agreement shall, to the extent that such reimbursements are <br /> required, be made to Flatirons. <br /> <br /> 3.
