NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Exhibits "A-L," revised as of 1998, copies of which are attached hereto, <br />are hereby approved and by this reference made a part of the Conflict of Interest <br />Code of the City of Redwood City as the appendix thereto. <br /> <br /> 2.
