Exhibit "A" PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF KRASNICKI TO ~ EMERALD LAKE KEIGHTS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (Vic. Wilmington Way) Lots 10, I 1, 12, 13 and 14, in Block 509, and a portion of Wilmington Way as said Lot, Block and Way are shown on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Five" which map was f-deft in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on January 19, 1927 in Book 15, of Maps at Pages 15 to 18 and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southerly comer of said Lot 14, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 56279 passed and adopted on July 7, 1992; Thence from said Point of Beginning North 27° 53' 20" East 123 feet more or less along said district boundary and the southeasterly line of said Lot and its northeasterly prolongation to a point in the centerline of Wilmington Way, said point also being a point in the boundary of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 44822 on August 9, 1983; Thence in a generally westerly and northerly direction along said centerline and district boundary 250 feet more or less to the intersection with the northeasterly prolongation of the northerly line of said Lot 10; Thence leaving said canterline and district boundary southwesterly along said prolongation and northerly line 217 feet more or less to the northwesterly comer of said Lot 10; Thence southerly along the westerly lines of said Lots 10, 11 and 12, 220 feet more or less to the westerly comer of said Lot 13; Thence in a general southeasterly direction along the southerly lines of Lot 13 and Lot 14, 220 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
