its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and agrees that the <br /> amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the <br /> aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing by the City <br /> Collector. <br /> <br /> e) Before the release of said Parcel Map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br /> and property damage insurance as required by the above-described Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Improvement of 440 and 450 <br />Broadway", and those certain specifications entitled "Supplemental Specifications for <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City's revised specifications entitled <br />"Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans <br />and specifications are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are <br />hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the above <br />mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Owner, entitled, "Agreement for Construction of Improvements - Parcel Map No. 98-2", (form <br />dated 06/17/98), a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 13376 <br /> <br />DES:mge <br />F:/$h~h~R~lwood/Council\ Reso-434 <br /> <br /> <br />
