~ -- 6/29/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13375 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> TO POST "NO PARKING" SIGNS TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON <br /> CERTAIN STREET ON AUGUST 2, 1998, DURING THE TOUR <br /> DE PENINSULA <br /> <br /> (THE PENINSULA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to The San Francisco Chronicle and <br />RhodyCo Productions to conduct the Tour de Peninsula bicycle ride in the City of <br />Redwood City and the authority to post "No Parking" signs along Brewster in both <br />directions between Duane Street and Alameda, and on the east side of Alameda <br />from Brewster to Edgewood to prohibit parking on August 2, 1988, from 6 a.m. to <br />2 p.m., in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the regulation of the public rights- <br />of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section <br />21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />Reso-437 1 <br />DES:rg <br />G:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />06/19/88 <br /> <br /> <br />
