A porti on of Block '4, desi gnated "PEDESTRIAN WAY" between Lot 10 and <br />Lot 11, as shown on the subdivision map entitled "CORDILLERAS PARK" <br />which map was filed in Volume 30 of Maps, at page 41, in the office <br />of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on <br />August 22, 1949. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING therefrom the following described parcel of land reserved <br />as a pUblic service easement and to form a continuous public service <br />easement: That portion of the "PEDESTRIAN WAY" 8 foot long and 10 <br />foot wide adjacent to the extension of the northwesterly property <br />lines (back lot lines) of Lots 10 and 11 of Cordilleras Park <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />2. A portion of Block 1, designated "PEDESTRIAN WAY" between Lot 7 and <br />Lot 8 as shown on the map entitled "HEATHER ~ARDENS", which map was <br />filed in Volume 31 of Maps, at page 2, in the office of the Recorder <br />of the County of San Mateo, State of California on December 7, 1949. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING therefrom the following described parcel of land reserved <br />as a PUblic service easement and to form a continuous public service <br />easement: That portion of the "PEDESTRIAN WAY" 8 foot long and 5 <br />foot wide adjacent to the extension of the southeasterly property <br />lines (back lot lines) of Lots 7 and 8 of Heather Gardens <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
