The specific findings supporting the determination that <br />such building is a public nuisance are stated in documents <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />3. The owner of the building at 109 Wilson Street is <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br />days from the date of this hearing by (a) properly reconstructing <br />or repairing said building in accordance with all applicable <br />codes; or (b) razing and removing said building. <br />4.
