That certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement <br /> <br />- Communications Site," and those certain bid documents relative <br /> <br />thereto, consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to <br /> <br />Bidders, and Proposal, a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
