The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 16 Block 509 and adjoining portion of Wilmington Way, as <br />said lot, block and way are shown on said map entitled <br />"Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision Five," which map was <br />filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, on January 19, 1927, in Book 15 <br />of maps, at page 15, 16, 17 and 18 being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 16, said <br />point being in the boundary of said district as established <br />by San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Resolution No. <br />44822, adopted August 9, 1983, and running thence North <br />27027'50" East (called 27027'30 in said Resolution No. <br />44822) along the westerly line of said Lot 16 and along said <br />district boundary 116.21 feet to the easterly corner of said <br />lot, thence continuing along said district boundary North <br />21002' East 25 feet to the centerline of Wilmington Way (50 <br />feet) as shown on said map; thence northwesterly along said <br />centerline and district boundary 57 feet more or less to the <br />intersection thereof with the northeasterly prolongation of <br />the common line dividing Lots l5 and said Lot 16 Block 509; <br />thence leaving said centerline and district boundary, <br />southwesterly along said northeasterly prolongation and <br />along said common line dividing Lots 15 and 16, Block 509 <br />132.63 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 16; <br />thence South 60036'10" East 60 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br /> <br />APN 068-213-100 <br /> <br />4.
