<br />DES:djc 9/20/85 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Addendum to Agreement _ <br /> <br />Ralston Avenue Freeway Interchange Access" (form dated 9/20/85), <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "I", <br /> <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />execute said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit I for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2.
