<br />SWC:sh 9/11/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. ~ ~ ~ 6 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAl <br />SEP 1 ij 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />BRIAN-KANGAS-FOULK & ASSOCIATES FOR ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES (MARINE WORLD PARKWAY /SHOREWAY ROAD TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires consultant <br /> <br />engineering services for development of plans, specifications and <br /> <br />estimates for installation of a fully activated interconnected <br /> <br />traffic signal system at Shoreway Road and Marine World Parkway; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Engineering Services-Marine World Parkway /Shoreway Road Traffic <br /> <br />Signal" (form dated 9/10/85), a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
