<br />T"'lES:djc 8/20/85 <br /> <br />service for sewage emanating from the City and the Emerald Lake <br /> <br />Heights Sewer Maintenance District, shall be the source of <br /> <br />treatment capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing <br /> <br />Territory, and treatment capacity rights allocated to the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity Agreement shall not be the <br /> <br />source of treatment capacity for the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br />3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />si tuate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 27, Block 205, Map of "ESTATES OF EMERALD LAKE <br />SUBDIVISION TWO," filed in volume 16, Book of maps at pages <br />18-21, on August 1, 1927, in the Office of the Recorder of <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California. <br /> <br />(Assessor's Parcel No. 068-132-010) <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />Lots 17 and 21, and a portion of Lot 16 in Block 601, as <br />said lots and block are shown on that certain map entitled <br />"HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION NO.6", filed in <br />volume 15, Book of maps at pages 64, 65, and 66, on May 4, <br />1927 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Jefferson <br />Avenue as said avenue is shown on said map, said point being <br />at the intersection of said westerly line and the line <br />common to said Lots 16 and 17; THENCE from said Point of <br />Beginning South 20 52' 00" East along said westerly line <br />64.99 feet; THENCE leaving said line North 890 06' 30" West <br />along a line parallel to and distant 5 feet northerly <br />(measured at right angle) from the southerly line of said <br />Lot 16, a distance of 98.09 feet to a point in the westerly <br />line of said Lot 16; THENCE North 30 55' 50" West along said <br />line 60.12 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 21; <br />THENCE North 840 01' West along the southerly line of said <br />Lot 21 a distance of 86.68 feet to a point in the easterly <br />line of Tum Suden Way, formerly Park Way, as said way is <br />shown on said map; THENCE northerly along said easterly <br />line, following the curvature and sinuosities thereof, a <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />9991 <br />
