<br />DPC::djc 8/20/85 <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and <br /> <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 27, Block 205, Map of "ESTATES OF EMERALD LAKE <br />SUBDIVISION TWO," filed in volume 16, Book of maps at pages <br />18-21, on August 1, 1927, in the Office of the Recorder of <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California. <br /> <br />(Assessor's Parcel No. 068-132-010) <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />Lots 17 and 21, and a portion of Lot 16 in Block 601, as <br />said lots and block are shown on that certain map entitled <br />"HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION NO.6", filed in <br />volume 15, Book of maps at pages 64, 65, and 66, on May 4, <br />1927 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Jefferson <br />Avenue as said avenue is shown on said map, said point being <br />at the intersection of said westerly line and the line <br />common to said Lots 16 and 17; THENCE from said Point of <br />Beginning South 20 52' 00" East along said westerly line <br />64.99 feet; THENCE leaving said line North 890 06' 30" West <br />along a line parallel to and distant 5 feet northerly <br />(measured at right angle) from the southerly line of said <br />Lot 16, a distance of 98.09 feet to a point in the westerly <br />line of said Lot 16; THENCE North 30 55' 50" West along said <br />line 60.12 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 21; <br />THENCE North 840 01' West along the southerly line of said <br />Lot 21 a distance of 86.68 feet to a point in the easterly <br />line of Tum Suden Way, formerly Park Way, as said way is <br />shown on said map; THENCE northerly along said easterly <br />line, following the curvature and sinuosities thereof, a <br />distance of 94.49 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot <br />21; THENCE South 640 16' 30" East along the general <br />northerly line of said Lot 21 a distance of 90.25 feet to a <br />point in the northwesterly line of said Lot 17; THENCE North <br />300 13' 20" East along said line 42 feet to the most <br />northerly corner of said Lot 27; THENCE South 640 10' East <br />along the northeasterly line of said Lot 17, a distance of <br />92.68 feet to a point in the said westerly line of Jefferson <br />Avenue; THENCE South 320 08' 00" West along said line 52.77 <br />feet; THENCE continuing along said line South 20 52' East <br />7.23 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />(Assessor's Parcel Nos. 068-205-070, 068-205-090, <br />068-205-120) <br /> <br />3 <br />
