<br />DCB:sh 8/19/85 <br /> <br />AUG Z 6 1985 <br /> <br />----------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI ION <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9990 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SEQUOIA RESERVOIR NO. 1 REHABILITATION AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the reconstruction of Sequoia <br /> <br />Reservoir; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />reconstruction of the reservoir; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Contract Documents and Specifications for Sequoia Reservoir <br /> <br />Rehabilitation, City of Redwood City, California." prepared by <br /> <br />City's consultant CH2M Hill and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
