This Council hereby certifies that the Veterans <br /> <br />Memorial Senior Center will be available for use by all senior <br /> <br /> <br />citizens; <br /> <br />3. <br />Ci ty , in <br />Advisory <br />will have <br /> <br />This Council hereby certifies that the City of Redwood <br />cooperation with the Veterans Memorial Senior Center <br />Council, a California non-profit corporation, has or <br />sufficient funds or other resources to operate and <br /> <br />maintain the senior center funded under this Program; <br />4. This Council hereby certifies that the City of Redwood <br />City has or will have available prior to commencement of any work <br />on the proj ect, matching money from a non-federal or non-state <br /> <br />source; <br /> <br />5. This Council hereby certifies that the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City will comply with all federal, state, and local <br /> <br />environmental, public health, relocation, affirmative action, and <br /> <br /> <br />clearing house requirements and all other appropriate codes, laws <br /> <br />and regulations applicable to the Project; <br /> <br />6. This Council hereby certifies that the Project included <br /> <br /> <br />in this application conforms to the Area Plan on Aging for the <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Service Area in which the senior center is located; <br /> <br /> <br />7.
