DCB:sh 6/25/85 agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven and No/100 Dollars ($13,997.00), and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvement, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security to be Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven and No/I00 Dollars ($13,997.00). (c) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Parcel Map 85-9 Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plan, 336 Edgewood Road, Lands of Beeson, Lot 6, Block 5, Wellesley Park, Subdivision A, Redwood City, Ca.", and those certain specifications entitled "Standard Technical Specifications, City of Redwood City, August, 1974", which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned improvements shall be done; and 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Parcel Map 85-9 Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference lS hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 2 9977
