<br />9~til <br /> <br />ORiGiNAL <br /> <br />E_E_~_Q_b_Q_I_l_Q_~_-~-Q~ 996 1 <br /> <br />JUL 2 2 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE SALVATION ARMY, REDWOOD CITY CORPS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Salvation Army, Redwood City Corps, has been <br /> <br />established for the principal purpose of providing emergency assistance <br /> <br />to residents of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Salvation Army, A California Corporation, has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1985 and ending <br /> <br />June 30, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to The Salvation Army, A California Corporation, the <br /> <br />sum of Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty and NO/I00 Dollars ($7,150.00) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and The Salvation Army, and it is <br /> <br />the intention and desire of this Council to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~~til <br />
