<br />9957 <br /> <br />JUL 2 2 1985 <br /> <br />E_E_~_Q_~_Y_I_l_Q_~__~_Q~9 9~ 7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH KAINOS HOME AND TRAINING CENTER <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kainos Home and Training Center has been established <br /> <br />for the principal purpose of providing a permanent residential <br /> <br />facility to train mentally retarded adults, and offices to serve as <br /> <br />as center for the handicapped population in the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kainos Home and Training Center has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1985 and ending June 30, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Kainos Home and Training Center the sum of Five <br /> <br />Thousand One-Hundred Fifteen and NO/I00 Dollars ($5,115.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood and Kainos Home and Training <br /> <br />Center, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve <br /> <br />the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1'957 <br />
