WHEREAS, RIAB is willing to provide, at RIAB's cost and expense, for <br />the acquisition of the Street Parcel in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />of the Agreement hereinafter referenced; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Acquisition of Street <br />Parcel (Bair Island Road Extension)" (form dated 04/10/98R), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />RIAB Development, Inc., a California corporation, providing for acquisition of the <br />Street Parcel, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-390 <br /> DES:jg <br /> F~Shared/Shared/Redwood/Ceuncil <br /> <br /> <br />
