6/8/98 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13357 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The compensation for the position of City Clerk is hereby amended <br />by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" (commencing from and <br />after May 1, 1997) which Exhibit is attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Clerk shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "Summary of Benefits, May 1, 1997 - <br />April 30, 2000," a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Human <br />Resources. <br />3.
