I <br /> <br /> 6/8/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13356 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY <br /> MANAGER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The compensation for the position of City Manager is hereby <br />amended by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" (commencing <br />from and after October 1, 1997) and Exhibit "B" (commencing from and after May <br />11, 1998), which Exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> 2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Manager shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "Summary of Benefits, May 1, 1997 - <br />April 30, 2000," a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Human <br />Resources, except to the extent otherwise provided by letters of agreement <br />dated November 13, 1991, November 2, 1994, November 8, 1995, and June 8, <br />1998, and subsequent amendments thereto not in conflict with the provisions <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> 3.
