BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds and declares that the above recitals are true <br />and correct. <br /> <br /> 2. The Revised Preliminary Official Statement reflecting the acquisition of <br />Hillsdale by ARV, and substitution of the latter for the former in the transactions <br />relating to the Project is hereby approved, and said Revised Preliminary Official <br />Statement is hereby substituted for the Preliminary Official Statement approved <br />pursuant to the Authorizing Resolution. <br /> <br /> 3. The Mayor, Vice Mayor, City Manager or Finance Director of the City, <br />or any authorized deputy thereof, (the "Designated Officers") are, and each of <br />them acting alone is, hereby authorized, for and in the name and on behalf of the <br />City, to bring to final form the Revised Preliminary Official Statement upon sale of <br />the Bonds and to execute the final Official Statement in said form, with such <br />additions thereto or changes therein as are recommended or approved by such <br />officers upon consultation with Bond Counsel to the City, the approval of such <br />additions or changes to be conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery <br />by the City of the Official Statement.
