4/27/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13325 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> TO PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula Celebretion Association <br />for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the 4"' of July <br />Celebration to be held on July 3rd and 4t~, 1998, in the form of Exhibit "A' hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, <br />the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />Red.B4 1 13325 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br /> <br /> <br />
