-- -- 4/27/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13323 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE 1997-1998 SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1997-1998 Sewer Main <br />Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the 1997-1998 Sewer Main Replacement Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
