I <br /> <br /> ~ ~ 4/27/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13322 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE 1997-1998 WATER TANK REHABILITATION PROJECT; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the '1997-1998 Water Tank <br />Rehabilitation Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> the 1997-'1998 Water Tank Rehabilitation Project - Redwood City, California", <br /> prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br /> and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br /> Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
