-- - 4/27/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13319 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR RADIOS/ELECTRONIC <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> <br /> (MOTOROLA COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement dated February 8, 1998 entitled, "Service <br />Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, and Motorola Communications and Electronics, Inc., a <br />copy of which agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by this <br />reference incorporated herein, providing for radios and other miscellaneous <br />electronic equipment (the "Equipment") maintenance services to the Police <br />Department of the City of Redwood City, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A <br />and/or such other appropriate documents to effectuate the purpose of said <br />agreement (in form approved by the City Attorney). <br /> <br /> 13319 <br /> <br /> Reso-161 <br /> DES:djk <br /> G:Shareci/Re~twood/Cou ncil <br /> 04102/9§ <br /> <br /> <br />
