WHEREAS, preparation of an Initial Study is required to provide City's <br />decision-making bodies with an objective determination of impacts caused by the <br />Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Greystone, Environmental Planners, Scientists and <br />Engineers of Sacramento, California, represents that it possesses the <br /> <br />experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Preparation of an Initial <br />Study (3560 Farm Hill Boulevard)" (form dated 04/07~98), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Greystone, Environmental Planners, Scientists and Engineers for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-386 2 <br /> G:~shared\redwood\council 13 3 18 <br /> DES:djk <br /> 04~07~98 <br /> <br /> <br />
