4/27/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13316 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (THE SUNFLOWER FESTIVAL FOR THE ARTS) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Mr. Richard Woodman of the Redwood <br />City Art Gallery for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the <br />Sunflower Festival for the Arts to be held on May 16th and 17th, 1998, in the form <br />of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br />is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein <br />is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of <br />Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> 13316 <br /> <br /> <br />
