(Resolution <br /># 13316) <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the Redwood City Art Gallery to conduct the <br />"Sunflower Festival for the Arts" events. <br /> <br />This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1..Name of Event: The "Sunflower Festival for the Arts' events shall be sponsored <br /> and conducted by the Redwood City Art Gallery-hereafter referred to as the <br /> Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Non-transferability: This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be on the 2600 Block of Broadway <br /> and the immediately adjacent block of California Avenue. (Please refer to the <br /> attached map.) <br /> <br />5. Date and Time: The "Sunflower Festival for the Arts" events shall be conducted on <br /> Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17, 1998 from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. each day. <br /> Set-up will begin at 6:00 AM Saturday morning and the roadway will be cleared by <br /> 9:00 P.M. Sunday, May 17. <br /> <br /> <br />
