_ 4/27/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13313 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE WINSLOW STREET <br /> TREE PLANTING PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the Winslow Street Tree Planting Project in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation one bid was received; and <br />WHEREAS, Pores Landscape Company of Redwood City, California, was <br />the only responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept said bid of Poms Landscape Company; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Poms Landscape Company, in the total amount of <br /> <br />Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety and No/100 Dollars ($13,890.00), <br />computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated March 12, 1998, is <br />hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2.
