6.1 D <br /> Page 8 <br /> Commercial Generai $2,000,000 per occurrence <br /> for bodily injury, personai <br /> injury, and property damage <br /> Automobile Liability $2,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury and <br /> property damage (coverage <br /> required to the extent <br /> applicable to Contractor's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> Concurren#ly with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor will furnish City with <br /> certificates and copies of information or decfaration pages af the insurance required <br /> hereunder and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general liabifity and automobile <br /> liability insurance coverage, original endorsement: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of thirty <br /> (30) days after City will have received written notificatian of cancellation or <br /> reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br /> (b) Providing that Contractor's insurance wil! apply separately to each insured <br /> against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except wi#h respec# to the limits <br /> of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br /> (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br /> employees, and agents, as additiona! insureds; and <br /> (d) Providing that Contractar's insurance coverage will be primary insurance with <br /> respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, and <br /> agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess <br /> af Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> CDBG/DJT.cje 6 1/31/2007 <br />
